Michael J. Borgschulte is a United States Marine Corps lieutenant general who is the 66th Superintendent of the United States Naval Academy, since 2025. He most recently served as the deputy commandant for manpower and reserve affairs of the United States Marine Corps from 2024 to 2025. He previously served as the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing from 2023 to 2024.
